Service Rates
- Standard visit: 20–30 minutes
$30 for 1 visit per day
$50 for 2 visits per day ($20 for the second visit)
$30 for each additional visit beyond two per day
$50 for a 60-minute visit
5% GST applicable on all services
$12 surcharge per visit on Canadian and BC statutory holidays

Because every animal has distinct needs, we must conduct an initial consultation and finalize our service agreement before any dates are locked in. This ensures your pet receives the specialized attention they deserve.
Payment & Booking Security
To guarantee your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The final balance must be settled at least 72 hours before our service begins. Note that your dates are only confirmed once the transaction has been fully processed.
- We welcome various forms of payment including major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Electronic Bank Transfers, Cash, and Certified Bank Drafts.
Available Ways to Pay
Important: Transactions made via credit card or digital wallets such as Apple and Google Pay include a 2.4% handling fee. You may choose any other listed method to avoid this extra cost.
